“What’s a boob light?” you ask? You’ve probably encountered them in rental apartments, hallways, and in never-renovated homes. It is a flush mount light fixture that resembles, well, a boob. Not only are they unsightly, but they are insect graveyards and dust collectors. They simply must go!
The good thing is swapping out these lights for something better is super easy to do and very inexpensive. I’ve rounded up some of my favorite replacements here on the blog that I’ve used in many projects. Now, who’s ready to say bye bye to the boob light?
